Use these forms from the Georgia Department of Revenue - Motor Vehicles Division to register your vehicle liens.

DOR MVD ELT Registration Form - Electronic Lien & Title DOR ELT ID Number
The DOR MVD Registration Form must be completed by the lienholder after registering for Southern ELT - Georgia Electronic Lien and Title service. It allows the lienholder (car dealer, bank, credit union, finance company) to obtain what's known as a Georgia ELT Customer ID Number. Once the Registration Form is submitted you can expect to be able to manage your Georgia electronic liens within a few days (often sooner). Easy instructions are included in the file.

DOR MVD Form MV-1 - Title Application
The DOR MVD form MV-1 is commonly used by dealers when selling a vehicle and placing a lien in their business name or another finance company's name. We encourage you to read the form completely for instructions, but generally the dealer registers the title in the name of the customer and uses the "Security Interests or Liens Section" at the bottom of the page to add the lienholder's information, including the required DMV ELT ID Number (if you're a lienholder and don't have an ELT DMV ID Number, register for Southern ELT service and then complete the DMV )ELT Registration Form.
