Electronic Lien and Title Registration Deadline

The Georgia Department of Revenue released a memo in 2012 indicating the rollout schedule of the Georgia electronic lien and title program. The memo mandates when lienholders who place liens on Georgia titles must register by. Being that years have passed since this memo was released, as of now, ALL lienholders who place more than 5 vehicle liens per year in Georgia must register for ELT service.
